I really enjoy the food at Yao’s Kitchen, which is why this review is disappointing to write. The quality and taste have always been great, but the service has consistently been lacking. Orders are almost always delayed, and even when placing a pickup order ahead of time, I still end up waiting an extra 5–10 minutes. There have also been occasions where orders were mixed up with someone else’s.

Good customer service!! Me and my husband got the salt and pepper ribs. My husband made a mistake ordering the sweet and sour chicken as our daughter will only eat sesame chicken. The girl at the front desk was very sweet 💙 she told us she could make one for us right away. The sesame chicken came out in 5 minutes. Would order again!!
