Waited for 40 minutes for a sandwich and a panini and they still made the sandwich completely wrong (that cost $32). 3 meats missing, no oil & vinegar or balsamic, barely any mozz. Great people who don’t know what they are doing. They took our order as soon as I walked in and it was a great experience but they are extremely disorganized and no one has an urgency to make your food. Would love for this place to last but I can never go near again if that much time & money is wasted to get the wrong meal

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Italian deli. I purchased a chicken parmesan bread, and the center was full of raw dough, making it inedible.

I also ordered a half pound of what I was told was Boar’s Head roast beef. I buy Boar’s Head products regularly, and what I received didn’t look or taste like Boar’s Head at all. The meat appeared old, gray, and far from fresh.

To make matters worse, the deli service was extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes just to receive a half pound of roast beef, which is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this deli to others.

After talking to doordash they submitted the order again, woman from restaurant called and asked why I had put the entire order through ( 3 different sandwichs) I explained that it was doordash that did that. When my order arrived it was missing one sandwich from it and the sandwich that was the original issue to begin with arrived ice cold, not the hot pastrami I was expecting.

After posting first post here they called me and expected me to delete my review.

Ordered on doordash a few subs from here. The new Yorker (hot pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, coleslaw, & mustard.) arrived with no toppings, just pastrami. I called them first to fix issue since I was a few minutes away they would not re-deliver the sandwich to correct it. So I spoke with doordash customer support and they put the entire order in for delivery. Woman from establishment called me moments later , very poor customer service manor, rude and sarcastic . . Will not recommend or nor will I purchase from again.

We stopped there the first time this weekend. The chicken Parm bread had uncooked dough in the center. I ordered Boars Head roast beef and when I got at home, it looked more like dried out pot roast. Very disappointing. We won’t be back.

I’ve been to this food establishment about four times in the past month. Every time I’ve ordered from there the food is phenomenal; however, the service is below par. First time I walked in there, I wasn’t tended to while the workers were working on other things behind the counter. The last time I entered with my friend and her husband and the guy behind the counter was very rude. He apologized but I felt like the damage was kind of already done. The other staff is friendly and I’m contemplating going back there-it just put a bad taste in my mouth.

I can’t say enough about the food and service at this place! Every time I’ve come here, everyone has a smile on their face, happy to be there, and happy to serve their food, which is excellent. I’ve never been disappointed. Oh, and the other interesting thing is that they have everything from Deli sandwiches, prepared foods, bagels, pizza and… wait for it…their own homemade gelato. If you pass by, definitely stop in. You won’t regret it.

I was absolutely appalled at the way the owner spoke to his workers. I was there with my grand children to get some subs, which were really good. While at the deli counter, I heard the owner scream at the workers within the deli and I was blown away at how he spoke and treated them. It’s such a shame because the food was so terrific. Because of this, I will never come back to this establishment. Hopefully, this becomes corrected.

Ordered chicken parmigiana dinner special and it was insulting to come from an Italian restaurant. Chicken was overcooked and dry accompanied pasta had no taste and garden salad was heavy on the onions.

The two kids behind the Deli tonight were absolute gentlemen. The customer service was amazing and the sandwiches were one of the best Italian subs since the last time I vacationed to Italy. I will absolutely go back and recommend this to all of my Italian friends and normal ones. The kid with the beanie is a legend, thank you for making my experience enjoyable!
