The food was great! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was so fresh and delicious. Everything is very fairly priced. I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is always very good. I’ve gotten a few of their burgers and chicken sandwiches and all have been great. The Mozz sticks are a must, highly recommend those as well and the big dogs sauce!

Everytime we come the food is always good! We are definitely regulars and the guy at the front is always very sweet and friendly, he even gave us some samples of his apple pie filling for a new shake! Very kind we love coming here

You can tell care is put into this food, not your average reheated frozen slop from most places around. Best mozzarella sticks in the area, a must on their menu. Chicken fingers were also superior to most.
My chicken sandwich was really good, nice sauce too. My husband liked his burger as well. Take out can end of lackluster by the time you get home to eat it, but that wasn’t the case with Big Dogs. Was happy to see them reopen so we could finally try them out.

Listen I don’t even write reviews but 45 dollars for some mid food honestly place is not it don’t recommend their milkshakes are ok tho but yk it’s kind of hard to mess up a milkshake oh wait I forget they did where was my cherry ?

We were so excited to hear Big Dogs was opening back up. We went there on a Saturday night and couldn’t believe there wasn’t one person in there- now we can understand why. The service, food and over all quality was not what it used to be. The worker behind the counter was not friendly, didn’t even say hello when we walked in. We weren’t given milkshake- asked if we could grab our drinks out of the fridge since there was no discussion if we grabbed them before or after we got our food. Asked if we should sit inside and wait for our food or will it be brought out to us(like they used to when we sat outside)- he said come back in 10-15 went back in and the food was waiting under a warming lamp for us. While we were eating outside at their tables, all of a sudden people started mowing the lawn and weed whacking around us. Totally not what it used to be.. or what we were looking forward to.
Walked in and Walked Out. Smelled horrible, the counters and floor looked filthy, we just decided to leave.
No customers so why isn't anyone cleaning??
They have the food area covered so nobody can see it, hmm I wonder why.

Used to love this place - would literally grab food from here twice a week sometimes - but they've continued to charge their prices while stripping food away (they don't give any french fries with sandwiches anymore) and have gotten rid of multiple menu items that were delicious (quesadilla, chipotle chicken cheesesteak; I believe they also changed their fries from the original ones they had which were way better). I'll still grab food here occasionally but much more reluctant now given all the changes

This business once was good now it went downhill. Waited 45 minutes past pick up, no milkshakes, burnt bread, fatty meat, and cold fries.
