I have been coming to LBI with my family for years so we’re always looking for new places to eat. On a most recent trip with just my girlfriend, we decided to try Isola. Absolutely delicious food! We started with the octopus appetizer, the octopus was cooked perfectly tender not chewy with a great char and accompanying sauce that we shamelessly ate even after finishing the octopus. For dinner I got the tile fish and she got the cacio e pepe pasta, both delicious as well! Everything...

Great Italian on the island. I’d rank up there with Stefanos and Azzuri. Some more unique menu items including the Rotolo di lasagna. I will say I was slightly disappointed in some menu changes compared to years past (blue fin tuna, meatballs, watermelon and goat cheese salad, short rib parpadelle all replaced). Kids got pizza tonight and fried Sicilian chicken and vognole. Sicilian chicken was great. The clams pasta was ok. My wife got the gnocchi and I got the lasagna. Both...
