After ordering we're told nothing but waffle cones. upcharge of $1.50 each not mentioned. No communication....We got our ice cream in cups instead. Tried to order soft serve (it's on the menu) but no, "we're out". Really frustrating experience. Recommend going around the corner to Brain Freeze - MUCH better experience!
