I’ve lived on LBI for over 40 years and it’s one of a handful of places I’d be willing to go to when the island is packed in the summer if that helps anyone
I must be honest, my wife and I, and the kids - now adults - have been coming to the island for decades before WooHoo opened but it wasn't until just a few weeks ago that we tried it. We now own a place down in Holgate and with so many ice cream options, we just never had a need to try it. Wow, are we kicking ourselves for overlooking this spot. It's the real-deal. Unique flavors, high quality ingredients. Prices are on par with others, but most everything we have ordered...

I have a nut allergy and have been eating here safely, and I’m always so impressed by the care and caution the staff takes when it comes to food allergies. It gives me so much peace of mind being able to enjoy my ice cream without worrying.
And the ice cream itself is beyond delicious! I highly recommend WooHoo!!
