Roberto’s Pizza Grill is a different kind of pizza place. It is not your traditional NJ pizza. The sauce is sweet, almost lime like, with a spanish twist. The calamari and the calamari fra diavlo are really good. The penna chicket cutlet arribbiata was pretty darn good. The cracker crust pizza is more like a pizza on a flat soft taco, but it was ok. Different, but in a good way. The veggie pie has a good ratio cheese to toppings, with good crisp and not soggy at all. An 18inch pie cost 19 dollars, and prices are reasonable. The pizza dough gives NYC pizza vibes, and the sauce was seasoned to perfection. The staff was kind and friendly. The atmosphere is great. This is a great addition of restaurants in the town of Belleville. It is a new hang out.
