It depends on what time you go there but overall the atmosphere is pretty good and chill. They have a older guy on the mid shift. He is really knowledgeable. Getting a Matcha later in the evening and sitting outside is really relaxing.
Prioritize using the drive through because they prioritize drive through orders.
Avoid getting coffee or tea because they will forget your drink at the clover machine.
Mid tier location at best... They were much better last year, idk what happened. No more warm greetings whenever a customer arrives. The last few times I was here I regretted the decision.

This is honestly one of the best Starbucks stores. The customer service here is amazing, it feels very welcoming.
I do understand some of the reviews because sometimes I do come and I’m met with some extremely rude and incompetent individuals. However it doesn’t happen often given how often I visit this store. The good experiences definitely outweigh the bad ones.
