This place is absolutely amazing. From the first bite, everything was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The quality of the ingredients really stood out.
I ordered takeout this time, but next time I’ll definitely be dining in. I had the lomo de pollo, chaufa steak, and chaufa with shrimp and everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I didn’t even need the ají verde because the food had so much flavor on its own.
