Warique lives up to its namesake as a special place, a little off the beaten path in Belleville. Had dinner at the bar and really enjoyed it. The staff and owner were all very nice. The food was different from what you would expect from the average Peruvian restaurant in NJ and was excellent. The ceviche specifically was really nice. For desert they had tocosh ice cream which Ive never seen before and loved. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
New spot that I hope is around for years to come. The chef Roberto is cutting edge. Flavors are on point and presentation is beautiful. Run don't walk to this fabulous restaurant.
