Please be aware if you are a POC. They take your money and play in your face. I ordered 2 lunch specials. Asked for eel sauce and spicy mayo. She confirmed that it was to be put in my food.. got nothing. Shrimp hibachi .. all onions.. overcooked shrimp .. it doesn’t come with soup or salad either. I called and requested accommodations since my food was made incorrectly.. the lady was like .. hmm.What do I do.. I told her nothing. I’ll leave a review bcuz this CANT be the first time she did this. All you have to do is make the food. It’s a service you offer. A service I was willing to pay $28 for lunch. $28 for a lunch that I’m literally gonna throw in the trash bcuz I don’t play with people like that! The store was literally empty at 1pm on a Wednesday. There’s no excuse for this.

See.. Replied by saying I’m aggressive. When really you don’t know how to communicate. Whilst, like I said they did not offer any suggestion for remaking anything… Whether I was in Philly or not, is not the point. You didn’t offer anything except confusion. Speaking to people for understanding and blaming someone without taking accountability is two different things. SMH. Be wary!

Great food at VERY reasonable prices

Hostess is always so nice and friendly. Their presentation of the sushi was gorgeous and made the experience special. And most importantly everything tasted great! pictured top to bottom (godzilla roll, philadelphia roll, jalapeño bomb, rainbow roll, pink lady roll)

Great food & an awesome team. The other day I ordered my food and realized one of the food was missing.. I gave them a call & they went up and beyond to deliver the missing food to my job. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. 😀

Such a nice experience here! The hostess was very kind and even gave us a small to-go container of their yum yum sauce since we loved it so much. Very clean atmosphere and fast service. Food was amazing as well. Will definitely be coming back!
