We were sitting at the bar. I ordered chicken parmigiana and I was told the bread would be out soon. What Italian meal is served without bread? I asked about the bread 2-3 times… it was eventually given to me in a brown bag after I finished my meat for to go!! I didn’t take my dissatisfaction out on the server but when I mentioned my displeasure, i was told bread is complimentary anyway… that like saying salad dressing is complimentary to a salad!...
From the beginning to end of my experience here I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The hostess whose job is to seat you greets you with a frown and then points to a table to help you try and find your friends who have been seated. Flies everywhere — even in your drink (not even comped on the bill). Wait staff cuts you off when you’re walking. Felt like I was on American ninja warrior to get to the bathroom. However, the food was delicious and no flies...
We've returned once again. This time for dinner on a Friday night. The food tasted great as always. Eddie, out server, was extremely attentive to our needs and provided an excellent service.
