“Been searching for good japanese restaurant for quite some time. Let me just say that Mikado far exceeded our expectations. From tge appetizers to dinner, it was exceptional. Our server, Michelle, was great. We had tge seared pepper tuna sushi app - so fresh and delicious. My husband had the hibachi with filet and lobster - amazing too. My son had the combo udon noodles - ate every bite! We had the tempura banana dessert - delicious as well as the chocolate mousse cake and coppa cafe. Amy at the front desk was so gracious and sweet. We will definitely be back many times. Give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“Their fish was fresh and their menu options are great. I really enjoyed their food. But, the service was… awkward?

The servers were very nice. My friend and I were the only ones there at the moment and we were well attended to. When we ordered, we repeated our order and pointed at the menu item we wanted. Despite this, our order came out wrong. But I didn’t think much of it because things like this happen - we’re all human!

But the awkward part happened while we were waiting for the correct orders to come out. We could hear the waitress in the back very loudly yelling out our orders repeatedly and expressing that she was upset over the mishap. This continued on until we checked out.

I get things happen, but we felt a little uncomfortable hearing our waitress talking about us and our food.“

“I would like to share a bit of a positive thing that happened. I went to Classic Asia (AKA BEST PLACE EVER) and ordered take-out Shrimp Pho soup. When I got there, the woman (who is already so nice) told me they didn't accept AMEX cards. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me. So I said, "okay I'll be right back, I'll go grab cash!" Her reply was " No no, don't worry about it. Next time you order just tell us it's you! I couldn't believe it. I was like HUH?! How is someone being this kind ?!? I told her, she was insanely sweet and that I would be right back with cash payment. She goes "okay but don't rush, go and eat first and just come back whenever!" Don't worry i called as soon as I got home! How amazing are they?? This was super special to me, because I have MS and sometimes have issues walking and standing. In a time of need, the owner basically put my needs above hers. Just so sweet!!!“

“Hewa is the restaurant where my love for sushi started. It is a great value with a wide variety and is a staple dinner option at my house. However after eating sushi from several other restaurants I have to unfortunately say, it is not the best. Don't get me wrong it's still really good and sometimes I just need a good heeling of Hewa, but it's the variety that allows Hewav to excel not necessarily the quality. That being said they are the best of the middle, only being beat by higher end swanky sushi places. Everyone should go here for the every day sushi or Chinese, it is just a solid meal everytime.“

“We love this place. We moved away a while ago and miss living so close. We still swing by when we're in the area. Very fair prices for very good takeout food. Anyone complaining about the kids (they're nice, I used to "work" when I was a kid too!) or hospitality is showing that they are more immature and entitled than the kids they are complaining about. Maybe having a little job when they were a kid would have helped those cry babies grow up a little bit.“
