McDonald's in Berlin

“I was at this location and service was very nice. Then some guy came in saying he was being ignored in the drive in. A girl named Donna apologized and asked how she could help him. He said he didn't want anything and said he was going to report her because he knows all the higher ups at corporate .She tried to apologize again but he was being obnoxious. She really held her composure even when he came back in to get her name to complain. Hopefully he was just having a bad day but that is no reason to take it out on someone else. Hopefully someone reads this that is higher up. Because she really should be commended for how she handled situation.

“Nothing but good things to say about the progress this team has made on changing things around. Been going here for a long time and 6months ago it was a disaster but recently you can tell the team and manager Dave have whipped them into shape. Food is fresh now and fast. Whatever you are doing keep it up. For 3 mcdonald's in a 10 minute drive from us this is now our go to. Not a fan of McDonald's so for me to write this positive review it speaks volumes to me and mine.. Keep up the great work guys..“
