“I went into this McDonald’s this morning for the first time in a while, so it was the first time for me using the digital kiosk. Devon (sp?) was there helping an elderly woman who needed way more attention than I did, but he did it with a smile and a great attitude.
McDonald’s, give Devon (sp?) a raise. He performed well above expectations today, and I imagine he does so regularly.“
“I was at this location and service was very nice. Then some guy came in saying he was being ignored in the drive in. A girl named Donna apologized and asked how she could help him. He said he didn't want anything and said he was going to report her because he knows all the higher ups at corporate .She tried to apologize again but he was being obnoxious. She really held her composure even when he came back in to get her name to complain. Hopefully he was just having a bad day but that is no reason to take it out on someone else. Hopefully someone reads this that is higher up. Because she really should be commended for how she handled situation.
