“I am a grad student at Rowan, so I am on a budget. Most of the restaurants close to Rowan (the ones on Rowan Blvd in particular) are pricey. This restaurant is within my budget around $10. I asked the owner if I could order differently than what was on the menu. Buns and fries are not my favorite so in place of them I asked for wings, dumplings and rolls. She cooked it for me. Next time I will order rice and shrimp (love shrimp).“

“The cheesesteak is great. I have eaten a lot of cheesesteaks and I can honestly say it is definitely good quality and sizeable steak for the prices. My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. Maybe they could look into ways to keep them crispy for a longer period of time. Either way the cheesesteak is a 8.5+/10 (extremely good)“

The Rasta pasta with whatever you choose you just can’t go wrong. Jerk chicken sandwich was excellent, and even the tots were elevated! Still want to try their jerk chicken cheesesteak.

“Went on the spur of the moment. Ordered an eight piece meal with two sides. Spicy and regular chicken and fries and cole slaw. Delicious! The chicken was fresh, not greasy and crunchy and so very good. The cole slaw was very good and the fries were ok. The staff person was very nice.“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.
Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

Staff is always excellent and such a positive vibe place. The owner's do so much for communities. It's a must try for all ages and guaranteed you'll be glad you did!!“

“The girl who was helping us was so friendly and really know what she's selling plus willing to help eventhough we were arriving at almost closing time. Where to start… Trappixx is an amazing place to have a family dinner, date night, solo dinner etc. The Staff are amazing, friendly and on top of everything everything was a 10/10 best Jamaican food I’ve tasted ! “This version of fried chicken is awesome! The crunch is great. The flavours are awesome. The chicken comes out piping hot. This is not fast food. It is good food. It takes them time to cook. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

“Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.
11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Despite not digging the wings the first time, I would give them another try for free.“

“Got take out through GrubHub, 25 piece with biscuits and fries. This might now be our favorite store bought fried chicken. Crispy and crunchy for sure with a little spice to it, not too much. Honey butter biscuits are pretty good warm and the fries aren’t bad either, a little thicker cut and seasoned. Better still, you can get a lot of food for your money. In the mood for comfort food fried chicken? Give them a shot.“
