We took an hour drive (on a work night) for dinner to Buck Hill Brewery because I heard Chef Roger was cooking there. We will definitely be back because of the food, atmosphere, and the wonderful staff. The beer is pretty good too!
We all heard this story before, this place has gone downhill and was great at one time. Off my rotation going forward. Waiters are slow and hang around the POS system inside but it does appear they have a long distance to cover so they are probably exhausted. However, I don’t remember this issue a year or two ago. Sat on tge patio above the restaurant. It was a great place to enjoy the early evening. Plenty of shade,and the breeze was very relaxing. Which then made the food delicious. Had combination or BBQ, and sandwiches. Food was warm and delicious.
