My family loves Tacos Chicas! The owners are sweet as pie. The guac with fresh chips is amazing. We’ve tried all the tacos and burritos. Everything was fresh and delicious! Oh, and the shrimp ceviche this summer was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and try it! Don’t forget to grab an aguas frescas to sip poolside!

As if I'd been transported to a sunny beach in SoCal, the smells and flavors of the birria tacos lifted my spirits immediately.The corn tortillas are thick and have a soft and absorbent texture which adds to the flavor and holds it all together. The fresh salsa and onions were there for me to customize my level of spice and heat, and the generosity of the delicious sauce and portion meant I'd get to enjoy even later. I was only able to finish two of the tacos, and the last one did not suffer from re-heating. I enjoyed the Elote corn so much - the spices, cheese and sauce were a new twist for me to enjoy a favorite food and the concentrated flavor mixed with the soft crunch was delightful. The horchata was tasty and not overly sweet, and was an excellent balance for the spice of the tacos. I am often limited in food choices as I have a wheat allergy, but felt very safe in working out with the staff what choices were available to me, and the proper handling in place to keep me safe. My daughter tried one of the burritos and raved about the carnitas and the beans, plus one of the Aguas frescas, watermelon.... which was fruity and cold, and naturally sweet (mom tax - hey, I don't make the rules!). The dirty fries were amazing and perfect for sharing. I immediately liked their Facebook page and took a look at "Chase the Chicas" so I could find the next venue, whether their roadside stand at Hope Cress Farms on 519 in Hope or at a special event. Definitely worth the trip, and once tasted, you'll come back for more.

The food here is INCREDIBLE! Everything is always so fresh, and SO delicious. Plus, the service is always top notch! The owners are just the best. We’re really going to miss them in Hope this winter, but looking forward to them hopefully coming back in the spring!
Kid-friendliness: They made a separate batch of chips for my toddler, incase she didn’t like the seasoning. Although once we got home she ate some of everything I got, so it’s all toddler approved!
I tried "Beach Better Have My Tacos" omg so delish and the poblano cheese dip was a great match. TBH, their food tested fresh. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water. I'll be sure to try other items on the menu. ???

Absolutely the best taco truck I’ve ever been to, the food is out of this world, the ladies that run the truck are the best. If you haven’t been there yet I suggest you hurry and get there.
