Sometimes the roads less traveled brings out some really great spots. Found myself near Hope New Jersey in rural Warren County (Exit 12 Route 80) and this spot came highly recommended. The Hope Cafe is located at 6 Cedar Street at the corner of Cedar St. and County Road 519. Definitely a shop that deserves to be in the spot light. Small town vibe from start to finish with awesome service and more importantly great good.

Hope Bagels & Deli is a gem in the middle of nowhere. The owner is nice and the food is great. Customers appreciate the welcoming hearts and great customer service. The bagels are considered the best, even compared to famous NY ones. The belly buster is a recommended breakfast option and the chicken sandwiches are high quality. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and friendly, making customers feel welcome. The atmosphere is cute and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant also has parking and a clean bathroom, making it a great stop for everyone, including motorcycle riders. Overall, Hope Bagels & Deli is a charming spot with excellent food and service.
