As if I'd been transported to a sunny beach in SoCal, the smells and flavors of the birria tacos lifted my spirits immediately.The corn tortillas are thick and have a soft and absorbent texture which adds to the flavor and holds it all together. The food here is INCREDIBLE! Everything is always so fresh, and SO delicious. Plus, the service is always top notch! The owners are just the best. We’re really going to miss them in Hope this winter, but looking forward to them hopefully coming back in the spring!
Kid-friendliness: They made a separate batch of chips for my toddler, incase she didn’t like the seasoning. Although once we got home she ate some of everything I got, so it’s all toddler approved!
