The service was very quick and the servers were very friendly. They provide the standard quality of food that you come to expect from a Chik Fil A. We didn’t realize that this was in the parkway rest area but we had a good experience here. There were plenty of clean seats to dine next to the windows as well. We enjoyed our meals though they do not have the chicken strips on their menu.
I gave 2 stars because the food quality and the taste is still top notch amongst the fast food industry. Otherwise, it would have deserved 0 star. It's the service that had brought down the rating. It is slow and the staffs are rude. Also, it's located in a service area off the Garden State Parkway, so price gouging is suspected. You won't be able to place an order online or from the app, which is another clue that pricing gouging is being played here. So, go to...
