I gave 2 stars because the food quality and the taste is still top notch amongst the fast food industry. Otherwise, it would have deserved 0 star. It's the service that had brought down the rating. It is slow and the staffs are rude. Also, it's located in a service area off the Garden State Parkway, so price gouging is suspected. Amazing food but workers don't know how to do simple substitution refund. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place!
I will start by saying I am biased as I love CFA and could eat it daily! However, for this review I will try to remain objective :) Stopped by here yesterday mid-day, half-way through a 6 hour drive home and was greeted by the most friendly staff.
