The New School Cheesesteak was on point. I like how the cheese made the cheesesteak very creamy so you didn't any mayo or ketchup on it. The presentation along with the bread especially makes them quite unique. You can tell they put alot of effort into making sure it just doesn't look good but taste good as well. So this was my first time having a cheesesteak. This was amazing! I ordered the build your own. I had the steak, provolone and onions. Every bite was better than the past. I devoured the sandwich and was tempted to order another. I will be back to try a different version.
Went for the second time yesterday and got the New School. I lived in Philly for a while, so it took some convincing to switch from cheese whiz to Cooper sharp, but they made me a believer. The sandwich is perfectly proportionate. Also, the BREAD! Listen, bread can make or break a sandwich, and the wrong bread can sink your battleship.
