If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever in Dunkin Donuts and I have had some bad ones. I came on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 3:57 pm. I ordered a medium hot dark roast. I was told they only have cold. I said ok I will wait for a fresh hot pot. Marina the cashier told me it was too late in the day. This location closes at 10pm. How is 6 hours until close too late to make another pot? You specialize in coffee but refused to make a to of coffee? That is AWEFUL...read full review
The crew working in the morning are very rude and too slow, moreover they couldn’t speak or understand English , i have ordered hot latte she made ice latte and when I said no I asked for hot she started yelling and hit the cup and insulted me in front all people and I asked her why she is talking to me like that she kept yelling and doesn’t care 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻it is very clear it illegal discrimination , the worst service ever.
