My local Subway never disappoints. The place is always clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff moves fast even when it’s busy. Everyone is friendly and they actually listen to how you want your sandwich made. You can tell they take pride in their work. My order is always right, and the bread is always soft and fresh. Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve been to — highly recommend!“

“I place a pick up order and it says it’ll be ready at 8:30. I show up around 8:30 and tell the person in front that I have a pick up order. She just points to the screen and tells me to order. I tell her I had one for pickup and she shakes her head no and tells me to show her. I show her the confirmation on my phone, and she looks confused and goes to the back. She comes back and tells me to wait about 10 minutes. I already paid so I just decide to wait. It definitely took more than 10 minutes and I was just frustrated because how do you not know there’s a pick up order? It wasn’t even busy so I was just confused. I like to give her the benefit of the doubt cuz she probably honestly didn’t see it. It was just kinda inconvenient. The food was actually really good. I’m not too mad about it, just something to point out about my experience.“

“I gave 2 stars because the food quality and the taste is still top notch amongst the fast food industry. Otherwise, it would have deserved 0 star. It's the service that had brought down the rating. It is slow and the staffs are rude. Also, it's located in a service area off the Garden State Parkway, so price gouging is suspected. You won't be able to place an order online or from the app, which is another clue that pricing gouging is being played here. So, go to a different location if you want to be treated right.

Update: They must have read all the negative reviews previously left for them. My last visit there was a complete make over. The service was much better. While I was enjoying my hash browns, a staff came over and gave me another portion because she felt the order that she gave me earlier felt light to her. Wow! What a difference between now and then. So I have decided to update the review.“

“I order online every time. I got a cookie last time, and holy cow, it's ridiculously good. The brownie tastes better when it's crunchier (I put mine in the fridge). I'll never forget the first time some random client at my dad's job offered me jersey Mike's. Years ago, he changed my life. Way better than subway, I'm so glad they opened one in bloomfield, I used to go all the way to West orange.

Parking: Parking is so bad if you don't have a small car. Very tight lot, and at peak time, you won't find space. Highly recommend you come when it isn't busy, or get takeout.

“Love this place….the guy that works there and serves me and runs the place Is probably one of the nicest people I ever met..he always takes care of me..and as soon as I walk threw the door he happily greets me and asks how my day was!! I feel very welcomed ever time I step foot there..and the place is spotless he keeps it extremely clean!
