HORRIFIC catering experience. I ordered food for a 8:45am delivery. At 8:55, I called the restaurant to see where the food was and they said it was on its way and would be there any minute. The food didn't arrive until 10am. I had to try and call them over and over and they didn't pick up any of the call after that initial one at 8:55am. They wouldn't answer when Seamless/Grubhub tried contacting them for updates either. Do NOT order from here.
Disgusting food & service. Ordered the Po’boy, coleslaw, and Italian stallion sandwich via Grubhub. 20-30min… pushed out to 40-50…. Took 90min. Once delivered, the coleslaw was missing. And the po’boy described as “battered & fried shrimp topped with lettuce & tomato w/Russian dressing on a long roll” showed up as boiled shrimp, on toast, with the gnarliest romaine hearts. I wish I could leave ZERO stars!Ordered for a business. Late delivery, horrible service, did not deliver everything that was ordered and did not follow instructions that were given.If we stop spending money with them, they'll close or they'll get their act together and start serving people like they want to keep their restaurant open. They won't get a dime from me and I won't waste another dollar of my agency's money with them either...
