Authentic food from El Salvador. But not very tasty.
These mixed pupusas are just beans, they don't work first and last, but what do I buy? They don't work.

The woman who took my order had an attitude for no reason. Also the pupusas were very thin and barely had cheese or chicken.

Years ago when they weighed it, it was good food, very good taste, now everything changed very dissected, they fired the staff they had and now they have new staff who don't know anything about cooking. Unfortunately, very bad food, food seems reheated and without savor. My workers and I were happy eating their food. Now I tell them that if we are going to bring them there and they say no, that food has no flavor, they spend a lot in that restaurant now on desiccant. It is not worth buying there, maybe one day they will recover the sasom that they had when they weighted
I don't like to give a bad review, but the food was very bland. My husband ordered a soup, which came out cold and with a good amount of grease floating on top. Our experience here was not good.

First time ordering from this place and last, spent 30 dollars including tip and it was the biggest waste of money...we usually order pupusas from canastillas or Adrianas in Newark but thought of trying them from this place for first time and it was a huge mistake ,the pupusas were like normal tortillas, thin, barely any cheese, never seen a Salvadoran restaurant make them this bad and cheaply made, and believe me we have been or ordered from plenty Salvadoran restaurants to know what good pupusas are from here to elizabeth,to Passaic and never have tasted or seen pupusas made so bad as this place, everyone here that tasted them didn't even bother to finish them and ended up throwing the rest out, this was enough to not ever order from again or try any other dishes,it was just a big let down and for me not worth trying any other dishes from them..

I have been a regular customer here for years, mainly for their delicious frijol and cheese pupusas. I always placed the same order for delivery 2 chesse and 2 frijol. However, my recent experiences have been mixed. The delivery policy is baffling and inconsistent. On one occasion, they demanded a minimum order of 22 pupusas for delivery, which is unreasonable. While at another times, my usual order was accepted. I communicated to them about this and their response was to repeat that the order minimum is 22 pupsas. If their policy changed for some reason they need to communicate that instead pushing me to make a ridiculous large order.I found out on my own they offer delivery through DoorDash. It would have been helpful to be told this option from the start, rather than feeling pressured to place a larger order than needed.Being pressured and faced with such erratic policies is off-putting. It's a real shame because their food is genuinely good, but the service inconsistencies and the way customers are treated make for a confusing and unpleasant experience. Consistency in policy and service would definitely enhance the overall experience, matching the high quality of the food.
