Everything was great except for the lam gyro which didn’t come on a typical big rolled up wrap-pita bread instead pita broken into 4 quarters and they give you the smalllest joke of a piece of feta cheese which I found ridiculous so in person when I asked the server he brought out another small piece of feta for me for free I didn’t see it on the bill but today I go to pick up, ready to be generous again in tip and the friggen bar guy responsible for pick up says he has to charge me for the additional two small pieces of feta I asked for my gyro! The amount is stupid (too small) that come naturally comes with it! But when you don’t get the platter man the rolled up sandwich is SMALL! Won’t be doing pick up/take out ever again. This is an eat-in restaurant only for us- way better server unfortunately as locals but plenty of other great restaurants in the area for take -away/take out :)Place is big but lots of tables make it feel a little small… not the biggest tables for two if you’re able to get away with asking for a table for four if you plan to order lots of food like we did but again we were a table of three :)Parking: Free parking in the side back of the restaurant. When you go during the week day of course there’s parking but I’m sure during the weekends it’s a struggle lolKid-friendliness: The server was nice enough to baby. I said baby lovess olives and the server made it a point to bring a few more for the baby to enjoy which was sweet :) that will always win a parent over.
We had lunch here for the first time as a family of 4. The food was very good, clean and hygienic, the attitude was also very good, my daughter even ate 2 large pork chops by herself. The children clamored to come back. I like this restaurant very much.

Ordered for dinner takeout. The food was fish was fresh, delicious and grilled to perfection. The fish came with my choice of Greek salad which was also refreshing. I will definitely order from here. It’s worth the $46 spent.

Stamna has good Greek food that is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the new restaurant is open and airy. It is still the same.
GREAT food and GREAT service! I myself am Greek so I am used to home cooked Greek meals, so I tend to be picky. The food at Stamna is as close to home cooking as you can get. My friend and I both has the souvlaki platters (lamb & chicken) and they were amazing. The chicken and lamb both melted in your mouth. The lemon potatoes were perfectly cooked with the right amount of lemon. In my opinion, this is the best Greek restaurant in NJ.

Loved it. Authentic Greek food in a small but comfy dining room. Great service too. Will be seeing you all again soon.
Best Greek place in Northern NJ. Hostess who sat us was very nice and even checked on us while getting desert. Our server was attentive and great at explaining dishes. Moussaka, souvlaki, and lamb and chicken gyro were very good. Not too salty. My favorite was the moussaka.
