My trip to Rita's was the best foodservice experience I have ever witnessed, thanks to my server, Isabella. She was extremely welcoming on top of serving my order so fast and nicely

I love Italian ices and although I prefer CJ’s Ices in Bayonne, NJ, my boyfriend and I decided to stop at the Rita’s on Broad Street in Bloomfield yesterday.He got a pint-sized cotton candy and I got a large Swedish fish/cotton candy mixed. Absolutely delicious & refreshing, though I notice Rita’s ices melt considerably quicker than CJ’s & Ralph’s in Staten Island.The service is quick & efficient though the girls who work there tend to have a habit of slamming the window...read full review

Super good! I usually get a piña colada or Swedish Fish gelati with frozen vanilla custard swirled in the middle & on top. Very quick service and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back for that new peach ring special that’s temporarily on the menu. This place is too good to pass up.
