They do not greet when you walk in. They do not informed the guest that there is a reward to sign up for discount.
The fries came out warm not Hot. The burger meat was pink inside not well done.

During my visits, I experience good customer service; employees are kind. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options though I decide to use a few gift cards from an event. The burger comes with caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato. The burger is juicy in certain areas and dry in other areas. The vegetable toppings really help add moisture to the burger. The bread is light though the texture is like a tougher marshmallow. The burger is somewhat filling. The establishment has...

The food is incredibly fresh and always tastes great—I’d easily compare it to In-N-Out. The women who work here are incredible. They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces, no matter how busy or late it is. Every time I come in, I’m met with excellent customer service, amazing flavor, and great portions. I truly hope they are being paid well because they exceed expectations every single time.
