I have been wanting to try Embark for a while. I ordered ahead and my order was hot and ready by the pickup time. The food was fantastic. I got the 3 meat combo option. Brisket was the perfect amount of fall apart with a little stretch. Burnt ends were delicious! Pulled pork was good, but was expecting a little more in terms of portion. Beans were amazing too, very meaty!

Overall, 5 star food and will definitely order again! My wife doesn’t...

Must have been a bad day for them.. pulled pork dry/over smoked and too salty. Brisket on the verge of under seasoned, but good texture. Mac and cheese is 5/5. Wings were tasty. Was super excited to try them for my birthday and was overall let down.

Been to many bbq restaurants .. Embark is one of the better bbq spots i know in NJ. Quality meat done just right. Brisket Mac and Ribs are to die for. The bark on the brisket give you amazing flavor as the meat will melt in mouth. Definitely recommend you stop and see for yourself. Won't be disappointed. Im planning my next vist this week to try other items on menu. Quality BBQ
