Went there for brunch / lunch today and OMG was it horrible. Service was so slow, and it wasn’t even packed. Waiter took for ever to get food order in and when she did she got 80% of the order wrong. Very disappointing. Not a cheap please either, same amount of people went to a Portuguese restaurant in Elizabeth and paid the same and ate so much more and higher quality food and drinks. Sorry but will NOT be going back for brunch because you guys can’t even get fried eggs done and steak done as requested. Will definitely not recommend either.

Pretzel bites is must try. French onion soup with fried o ion strings on it, different but it’s good. The buffalo bison burger is so good, must try if you like burgers.

The service at this place was absolutely terrible. The waiter was incredibly inattentive: we asked him to put on a soccer match on the TV, and he never did, despite our repeated requests. He brought us water only once during the entire meal, and we had to constantly remind him of what we needed. To top it off, when it came time to pay, he charged us an automatic tip for a party of 8, counting the two minors as adults, which unfairly jacked up the bill. The experience was so disappointing that we definitely won’t be coming back.

Canceled my catering order that had been confirmed three days prior: 30 minutes AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE for a Super Bowl party I was hosting. Still waiting on my $250 refund. Owner didn’t even have the decency to contact me and apologize.

Decent place. But not overly impressed. Staff and service were good. Engaging. Food was marginal. Very very salty. Wings. Fried Calamari. Burgers. Sandwiches. The garbage pail nachos are a fun thought, but the toppings were not on most of the chips, and loose, not baked on. Also, atmosphere was a little too bright. Need to cozy up the place a bit. Overall, not bad to go with friends. Just hydrate to clean the salt out of your body.

First time dining at 22 West. We met up with friends for dinner. It was a great evening for adults and kids. Our server was really nice and attentive. She didn’t rush us either. Menu is extensive and has something for everyone for food and drinks.
