This location has a lot of potential, but its overall Google rating of 3.8 is relatively low. My experience tonight was positive, so I gave it five stars. I ordered nuggets and asked for them to be made fresh, after waiting about five minutes, both the nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. If leadership focuses on being more friendly and consistently serving fresh food, this location could see significant improvement. Otherwise, it risks continuing in the wrong direction.

Why don't they allow zero Stars why don't they allow zero Stars worker @ drive up can't do their job and when you ask her to do it she is dumbfounded that you would request her to actually do work an can't be inconvenience by doing their job and they throw your money back at you

Never liked Burger King till I moved near this location. Everytime ive order for 3 years now my food has been hot & fresh and 100% accurate. This location has made me fall in love with BK as a fast food option.

Our sodas were contaminated with some type of chemical. The first sip of soda tasted of soap or some type of cleaning solution. We called up all the asked if we wanted our sodas replaced and then hung up on me. Last time we are eating here!

Everything went as expected. Did a mobile order with discounts and all went smooth and fast. Nice place. It is better to get with the times and order on app and pay on app.. you get a discount and different deals. The days of pulling up and adking for what you want and pulling up to pay cash and wait is kinda old fashion. As you can tell most places are no longer exoecting walk in orders or drive up.. most use mobile app. To avoid a bad experience be prepared, things have changed everywhere.

Ordered in the drive thru today at 6 and they forgot the onion, the cheese, the mustard, and 1 out of 2 burger patties. Instead if a double cheeseburger, I got a burger with ketchup, pickles and 1 patty. Drive thru wasn't busy at all so idk how they screwed up this bad

Me and my family pulled into the drive through and tried to place an order, the guy on the mic kept repeating the wrong order(YES ORDER AS IN ONE WHICH WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO FINISH) even after speaking loud and clear to the speaker countless times. He ends up cutting us off and tells us to pull up & pay, we drive up just for the boy to look at us through the window and ignore us (Mind you he was the only taking orders in the EMPTY drive through). After walking into the store asking for our order, another employee(just as confused as we are) claims That he’s been doing this for a while now. There’s so much more I have to say about this “restaurant” but at this point y bother if yall aren’t gonna do anything?
