“My family & I went to Habit this weekend. We originally had reservations at a local restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told their computer system was down & there would be extensive delays in ordering if we could even order at all. We were in a time crunch, so we left & went to HB. Their kiosk & mobile app were down so I could not order the family bundle as planned. Renatta was amazing and so accommodating, helping us place our family's order. She was so sweet and apologetic about their system's issues to place our order. She said she wanted to do anything she could to make my daughter's birthday special & help us be on our way due to the time crunch with all the time we lost changing plans. The food was delicious as always & my daughter was given a vanilla milkshake (her fav) to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to give a shout out to Renatta because she went above and beyond making sure our meal was to our liking and by providing excellent customer service. My daughter was super happy & had a great birthday meal. Thank you Renatta & staff.“

Made with fresh meat (not frozen formed patty) - not sure whst the English would be but I know it in Yiddish as “hockfleish.” The BBQ sauce added to the taste of the meat without being overpowering and the onion, pickle, lettuce and the challah bun were all extremely fresh. Pure Veg; option to customize; all home made and family owned. Staff was very friendly and the ordered food arrived much faster.

“First time back since 1973! Even better than I remember it. California cheese burger, fries and a soda. Served up in about 3 or 4 minutes, hot and fresh. I will not wait another 50 years to go back! LOL“

“I can only speak for their burgers, and it was delicious! Cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor. The fries were golden brown, crispy and delicious! I almost order the sweet potato fries as well but that's for another time. They have a bunch of signature burgers to choose from or create your own. They have regular french fries or sweet potato fries as well as a few other side options I don't recall. The person who served me was polite, patient, and attentive. Location I was at is in Somerville and the outside ambience and neighborhood this time of the year really make for a good experience. I guess it's their official or unofficial Town square where you'll find a bunch of different shops and places to sit any or listen to the live band that they have playing.“

“Stopped in for a late night dinner with my son the food is always good my order wasn’t completely correct but I did like the basil on my french fries I’ll have to do that again sometimes it’s hard to understand people through these plexi glass walls we now live with, well there wasn’t a garbage can available the employee to take my garbage and I appreciate that the sign on the soda fountain to ask for a new cup for refills was a nice add.“

“1st time trying Freddy's since it opened in the area. A little hesitant at first because I was afraid it was going to be Shake Shack expensive since they are right across the street, but was pleasantly surprised to find the prices way more reasonable. Thank McDonald's value meal prices, but much better burgers. Kids had tenders which they loved with the thin shoe string fries. Wife and I had the California style double combo and was a great burger. Definitely worth the cost. Wife also had the tots which she said were even better than Sonic tots and I had to agree. Kids also had the Oreo double trouble custard/shake and said it was delicious. Definitely be back for more.“

“My husband and I came here after a trip to Costco and couldn't be more impressed! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The food is fresh, authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced. I had the tostsadas with chicken and my husband the bandeja paisa. Highly recommend!“

I’ve always loved this place and supported since it opened. I’m a little disappointed with an order for my family- 1 classic heavyweight and 2 classic lightweights. They seemed to have shrunk the lightweight, to half the size of the heavyweight (used to seem more like a 10” for LW vs 12” for HW)… I could be wrong as I usually get the Heavyweight for myself, but others mentioned it seemed smaller.

Regardless, the bigger issue to me is the lightweight is $9 on the menu and heavyweight is $16 (I incorrectly put $14 in original post), while the lightweights we received are barely smaller than half of the heavyweight. The HW is on top and LW on bottom in the picture I attached. Since the lightweight is half the size, then people shouldn’t be charged extra and the price should be half. Otherwise, people paying $2 more for two lightweights will feel cheated. Granted it’s only $2, but the price after add-ons and tax is already premium. Bottom line the quality of food here is great, but the point is I could have ordered two heavyweights and paid less. I will be sharing with family/friends to avoid this from happening to them… order heavyweights and share to not be over-charged when ordering lightweights“

They’re always making different pies throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh and delicious coming out.

The customer service is impeccable. I’m not from New Jersey, but every time I walk in, they treat me like family. They also have a great lunch special—two slices of any kind. I usually go for the vodka cheese and a pepperoni slice, and it never disappoints. Oh, and you have to try the sugar-free cream soda—it’s so good!
