So excited to go to the Bridgewater Crumbl today to get more cookies, especially the Dubai Chocolate sandwich one. Had tried it earlier in the week from the Piscataway location and it was so good - exactly as the website described, packed to the brim with pistachio cream and katafi. Ordered it at Bridgewater today only to discover hardly any pistachio cream in between the cookies. For $6 a cookie, it better look exactly like the picture. So disappointed in the Quality Control...

Not a bad spot for a quick treat! I never realized how big these cookies were. Incredibly dense and filling. I loved the classic chocolate chip and also the oatmeal cinnamon thin cookies. Would definitely check out the new flavors next time!

Now for my standard comments. Location is small and well kept. Nestled by the Honeygrow with open parking.

It’s great to have a Crumbl so close but what happened to the greeting “welcome to crumbl”.? What a turn off and no one says anything, not even hello, but you sure want us to buy your product. You can’t even pay cash there since you now have to go to the kiosk instead of human interaction and conversation. How sad this experience was. We’ve been there many times and nothing. Will now try another business instead.
