It’s great to have a Crumbl so close but what happened to the greeting “welcome to crumbl”.? What a turn off and no one says anything, not even hello, but you sure want us to buy your product. You can’t even pay cash there since you now have to go to the kiosk instead of human interaction and conversation. How sad this experience was. We’ve been there many times and nothing. Will now try another business instead.
The Bridgewater NJ is my local Crumbl, but I have been to others . Bridgewater is the cleanest one I have been to. Also, they are insanely busy, but I may have only had to wait a minute for my order maybe once or twice, and I visit crumbl twice or more a week on average. It's an addiction for me at this point! For Bridgewater, if there were a 10 star option, I would have picked that!
Every time I walk in there the workers are so polite and make sure that you have your order right when you walk in. One thing I love about them they always let you check your cookies before you leave to make sure everything is correct. Very excellent store
