came across this little gem while working in the area. Did a handy little google search & came across Tierra Mia. I am glad I tried it. The restaurant itself is large enough, very clean looking and visually pleasing. The waitress was very sweet and was on top of her service, without hovering. The food though…oh my goodness! I ordered the Compańado, with the bistec encebollado (steak w/onions), which came with white rice, black beans, egg salad, sweet plantains...
Drove about an hour and was not disappointed AT ALL, well worth the drive!! The food was absolutely deliciously amazing. We got tortillas, chorreadas, chicharrones, the leyenda burger and many gallo pintos, all exquisite. The service and Fernanda were amazing and definitely an added bonus. Will be back for sure!!
Fantastic food and consistency. I own a business across the street and we recently started getting lunch here regularly... the steak fajitas are incredible and their burger is one of the best I have had in a long time.
