This bakery has amazing options and everything is so good, except one thing. The staff. The staff here is extremely rude. I went in with my mom and there were three women behind the counter. Two were younger and one was older. All three of them looked like they wanted to shoot themselves as if working at a bakery counter in Bradley beach is absolute torture. Pathetic. The one young girl with dark brown hair was very short and nasty to this younger couple in front of us. Nobody...
The desserts are great, but the younger staff was very rude and made our business feel unwelcome. It’s been a while since someone has made me feel so uncomfortable in their shop. Hopefully this can change because the cake/cookies were great but the rude staff was overwhelming
I currently live in Italy and wanted to send my dad a local cake for his 75th, and it did not disappoint. He loved the cannoli and strawberry flavor. The bakery was kind enough to deliver it since I clearly could not. Excellent customer service and great tasting cake!
