Hands down our favorite gelato spot! Every time we have visitors we try to bring them here, and they look forward to coming back! Flavors are ON POINT. Whatever the flavor is is exactly how it tastes, as if you're eating the actual treat. The gelato is thick and creamy and absolutely worth every penny! The place can get very busy and crowded with a line out the door, but the employees always take their time to give us samples before choosing - and it's always a hard process to choose!

The bakery next door is also just as delicious as the creamery. We haven't found a better gelato or italian bakery and we're super lucky that it's local.

The Gelato was super thick and creamy, flavoring was okay overall. There was only one young lady working and she was super helpful and attentive and answered all our questions well.

The store is as expected for a small Gelato shop, the only issue with the ambience would be how loud and vibrating the display cases in the windows are. When they turned on they literally shook the floor and we were seated at the second table from the windows.

They make their own ice cream! You can taste that it's fresh 🤤✌️😋

Gelato had weird consistency and the price is expensive for what you get. Even though they give you three smaller scoops to make up a small they refuse to let you mix flavors. Their solution was for me to get and pay for a large but they’d give me the amount of a small so I could mix flavors. This was while I was the only customer in the building. Seems they’d rather lose customers entirely rather than try to be accommodating.

Super creamy! Kinda pricey but worth it once in a while!! Also the flavor options were fantastic and super unique.

First time at the creamery and it will not be the last! We are regulars at the bakery but today we did the pizza and arancini at their restaurant and walked over here for gelato and expresso. The ladies Aubry and Chloe were simply delightful. Sweet young ladies with customer service smiles ear to ear! We hope the owner sees this and tells the girls how much they are appreciated. The shop was very busy but they greeted every single person as they came in and never missed a step. The chocolate, stracciatella and pignoli were the flavors we tried and all were just delicious. My husband also had a double expresso and he loved that too! We will be back to bring some pints home next time.

For the most part, I like their gelato flavors. I just wish they would ditch the terrible plastic cups and spoons for something a little more eco-friendly. Their prices make them “high-end” but that packaging is out of the 1980’s.

I read some the cry baby whining reviews about staff here...you need to consider these are usually positions held by kids that are overwhelmed by idiots looking to sample every flavor when there are lines OUT THE DOOR especially during the summer. Pay attention to the gelato! That's what you're there for so review that!
And for the record, the girl who served us was one of the most PLEASANT people I've ever interacted with in a store!!! What a sweet person.
I suspect that the people who left the bad reviews are the jerks holding up the line and sampling everything while I just wait for a stracciatella that is 100% worh waiting for..

----- update, went back again today and I was greeted by another extremely pleasant worker. This did not affect the amazing gelato (cookies and cream, salted caramel) flavors i purchased. Go check it out the gelato is totally worth it

WHY is everyone so rude???? This is definitely an owner/ manager problem. Problems in any organization starts from the top down.

We visited few times.
Food is ok, could’ve been better with coal pizza oven.
Pasta, they shouldn’t serve it anymore.
Service…all by teenagers that have zero idea how to serve…sorry, kids.
Price fair enough.

Absolutely terrible experience at this ice cream place. The lady with short hair behind the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. All I asked for was an extra piece of candy on my crème brûlée, and the service I was appalling. I've been a loyal customer of the lighthouse for years due to their exceptional ice cream and service. The teenagers there provide better customer care than the staff at this place. I will never set foot in this establishment again.
