I never saw or tried different flavors with the chai and I am a chai conneisseur. I had a raspberry chai with oatmilk. It was creamy, not too sweet, and definitely tasted the shot of raspberry. 😋 Cute little spot to hang for me time or with friends. Can even be a study spot. Parking lot is helpful.

The Perfect Perk is truly a gem! The coffee is consistently excellent, the matcha and chais are delicious, and the atmosphere is stylish, and welcoming. You can tell how much care goes into everything-from the quality of the drinks and treats to the friendly service and beautiful outdoor seating space.

First time trying this place and it was really a cool atmosphere. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and the young lady Iggy took my order right away. I asked for suggestions and we got to chatting and ended up with a yummy matcha latte/lavender foam on top/ with pink sprinkles. Starbucks matcha has nothing on this! I will be back
