Guacarizo, nachos, and margaritas. So good!
We went to Trivia Night tonight with a group of friends and had a blast!! We are already planning on attending another one soon!! Everyone loved their meals-fajitas, tacos, Mexicali salad, burritos, etc and drinks…especially the margaritas. To top it off, we had some delicious desserts-flan, fried ice cream, tres leches cake, churros, and the special tonight…key lime pie. We can’t thank our waiter enough for being so wonderful!! What a great restaurant. It’s different and delicious. And if you are a vegetarian or just want to explore new foods —run - don’t walk- to Mexicali Brews. I enjoyed the curry burrito and fried plantains with pineapple salsa. My friend had the lobster empanada special. Everything was superb. And the white sangria and margaritas were sublime. I can’t wait to return. The waitstaff were caring, friendly and attentive. Well done all around!
Mexicali Brews is a Mexican restaurant gem with impeccable service and delicious food. The chicken fajitas were bursting with flavor and the atmosphere was welcoming for all. Fresh guac and chips, coconut margaritas, chicken nachos, quesadillas, Mexican salad, and enchiladas were all yummo! The bartender, Maureen, made a perfect margarita. A great spot for a Cinco de Mayo celebration or any time you want a fantastic meal and experience.
