Wow what a menu! I've never had such a hard time deciding. We chose a pizza and a sandwich. Both were awesome! And their desserts were awesome too! We'll definitely be back.

Good food & great service!!

Drove 3 hrs to get here and walked in to get some food after hiking 12 miles on the Appalachian Trail, was really looking foward to trying it. Entered the door and was told they were closed even after they let a whole group in in front of us. Rude lady at the door, thanks for nothing. THANK GOD for Gyps Tavern, even though they closed the kitchen at 9pm they still let us order, now that's service with a smile. Go to Gyps next door for a more down to earth friendly experience.

Highly recommend. Great atmosphere. Only down side was when thr bar area got pscked, it got hot, so when the AC was turned on and it was blowing directly on our necks/backs. Other than that, food was amazing, staff was amazing, bartenders were easy to talk to. Will def be back

The food is always great, the atmosphere is nice, especially the outside seating on the lake, the staff is friendly but at times they are overworked. They need more workers.

Great spot in NWNJ next to some beautiful lakes and hiking trails. This is exactly the type of spot that you & your family wants to go after working up an appetite on a nearby trail. Great selection of food & drink- great appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers. There’s plenty of parking that’s indicated with good signage- very inviting. This is my go-to spot when I’m passing through.

Came for lunch, was one of two tables seated inside and yet, despite all the staff walking aimlessly around the dining room, the service was slow, and we didn't receive add-ons we'd ordered. It turns out, our waitress was also serving outside and none of the girls inside made eye contact or came to see if we needed anything. Also, the fries were the broken ones from the bottom of the bag and the sweet potato fries were soggy. The cooks haven't heard about a soak in bicarb to counter act the sogginess and fresh potatoes are too expensive, is my guess.

Three of us went to lunch on a Tuesday. We sat outside which overlooks a lake. It's a casual laid back atmosphere as you might expect. Food was ok, nothing special. It seemed like the servers were very young and inexperienced. Our orders were messed up in several ways. Most irritating was the fact that they had their food delivery during the lunch hour?! We (and two other cars) were stuck in their parking lot for 15 minutes. The food delivery driver refused to move the truck so we could leave. The restaurant should know better than to receive large deliveries during the busiest hours.

Ate outside on the lake, beautiful spot! We started with the fried pickles. A little pricey for what they are, but they were good. I had the steak sandwich, fabulous, enough for two meals. And the steak was extremely tender. My husband and daughter had tacos. The same steak was used for the steak tacos and my daughter had the chicken. Both were excellent.

Had an absolutely terrible time. Waited for an hour and 20 minutes and was not served. We asked multiple servers if we could order and each one said they were not our server and would walk around us/avoid eye contact. Honestly felt discriminated against as others around us were getting served. Finally, left hungry and confused.
