I was hiking a section of the Appalachian Trail, and some other hikers told me of this place. I was so hungry and when I got there the food smells were so good, I had to stop. I had my dog with me but the owner had no problems with me tying the dog out back where there are picnic tables while I ordered.
The owner loves dogs and is very friendly to both the dog and I. The food was delicious and the portions so large that I was full before I even finished my lunch.

went here for the first time last night. Brisket was amazing, bbq sauce is perfection. Whatever is in the baked beans is to die for. Wasnt the biggest fan of the slaw, too much cracked pepper for me. Definitely looking forward to going back and trying more off the menu.

The food is excellent and the prices are extremely reasonable! Chip and his family have the best bbq spot in NJ for sure. I willingly drive 45 minutes just to come here. Everything I have tried has been the best I’ve ever had (pulled pork, slaw, potato salad, and a special shout out to the cornbread). Do yourself a favor come check this places out, you won’t be disappointed!!
