So long story. I showed up with my siblings to celebrate Father’s Day before a Miners game. I was pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming customer service that we received from Alyssa and Kiara. They made us feel welcome and like part of the family immediately. Then as luck would have it, we ran into “Joey” who was clearly on the verge of a nervous breakdown. She was rude and condescending and I had to complain with senior management/ownership. Overall the food was great...
We used to love this place in Branchville but haven't had luck here the past few visits. The last time we waited for menus, waited to order,waited for drinks, and then we were told we wouldn't get the food for at least an hour so didn't even order. Don't like leaving poor reviews either
Excellent atmosphere and incredible food! Service was quick, staff was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend the breaded cauliflower appetizer! We will definitely be back soon for milkshakes! 🥤🍔🐮
