A woman claiming to be the manager (her name is Christy) was absolutely horrific and should not be in customer service.
I asked for a diet drink without ice and she gave it to me with ice, I kindly asked her to please give me one without ice and she said in a condening voice "you should’ve told me that ahead of time" when I told her that I did, she slam the window and ignored me.

Listen to order. Asked for a specific order.. Did not receive. wrong order, rude child at drive thru. (Quess your parents never taught you be a adult)
