“We had our graduation dinner catered from Claudios on 6/16/23. IT WAS PHENOMINAL! Penne Vodka, Orichetti w broccoli rabe and sausage, chicken francaise, chicken parmesan, meatballs, stuffed eggplant,eggplant parm, roasted potatoes and meat lasagna were all fantastic. I was asked so many times where we got the food from so be prepared for a whole lot more business! You are now oficially my go to for catering!!! Also, the prices were very reasonable. You knocked our party out of the park with your food! THANK YOU!“

“I think Jersey Mike's gets a lot of unnecessary criticism in New Jersey. Yes, I have had subs from other places up here including Lenny's. However, this place does really well. We got four subs and they were all delicious with plenty of meat. In this case I would say they were nice and balanced. Really great store with great people working inside.

My cheesesteak was unbelievable like I was in Philadelphia on the street eating the cheesesteak, the quality of the food was grade A. My favorites were the Vodka Parm Semolina Sandwich with a crispy chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, spicy vodka sauce, fresh basil, Asiago, all served on a seeded semolina roll it was absolutely incredible. I also loved the Smash Burger. It was simple, juicy, flavorful, and really hit the spot.

During our last visit I was completely impressed and brought to tears on how much this staff cares about their customers. My dad was on life support in the ICU and we needed a quick bite before heading back to the hospital. The two staff members working saw how upset and exhausted my husband and I were and decided to bless us with a meal. These two went beyond exceptional customer service taking the time to notice and care. We are so grateful and we look forward to going back and paying it forward. “We love Jersey Mike's! This location did not disappoint. We ordered two #7 (Turkey & Provolone). Both orders were made correctly. They were extremely busy and the wait in line was not ideal and the wait for the food was not ideal but it seemed to go rather quickly. The customer service was good and the system they had set up w numbers was great. Additionally, while waiting in line they had umbrellas to shade you from the hot sun! Great idea!

“Great experience, was so sweet to my 6 year old. Heard she was only on plain foods for another day and that she was going to give her cookie to me. To which I told her we would just save the cookie for the next morning “cookie will be good the next day right?” “Of course they will be even better in the morning”. So kind to us. Then when I get home there are two cookies. That brought a tear to my eye. Stuff like that means a lot to me, there are good people in this world. So I tell my daughter there are two cookies for her and her sister. (I don’t need the cookies, I rather my kids enjoy them and spread the happiness). But I rather everyone know that the people here will treat your kids with kindness and that’s what matters.“

“I visit approximately 2x a week as I work in the same plaza . Never had an issue . Food is great , service wonderful and the place is super clean . The points rewards program is awesome.
My god , I really feel for business owners and management these days. Reading these reviews here and on other businesses it’s amazing how many disgruntled people are out there . And vindictive!
Here’s some free advice: have a problem ? Call the store . Work it out with the staff/ manager . If need be escalate it .
But posting one star reviews is just dishonest and frankly cowardice.
