“This Saladworks is in the food court at the mall, so I was not expecting much. I had the Southwest Chipotle Ranch salad straight off the menu.

The size was appropriate and filling. It was a good experience, given the location.

The staff did a good job of preparing the salad and checking out, however, they did not seem to be happy or engaging. They the motions of their job and not much more.

The meal was tasty and enjoyable. I had a side roll that was warm and fresh.“

“Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. I had the falafel in a pita and really enjoyed it. The falafel was made to order and well seasoned. I will agree that, compared to other food court options the menu is limited, however it's important to note that Alex's isn't a chain. The small menu allows them to focus on a few things and do them well. It's, in my opinion, becoming rarer to see non-chain options in mall food courts, so I always try them when I find them. I'm so glad I did!“

“Foods was good but obviously not true authentic Italian cooking.
Got endless pasta which comes with soup & salad. Serve was super pleasant and helpful with order and service. She even suggested getting another order of endless pasta, even though we were done, and we took it home as left over. She was great about keeping the bread and salad coming. You can usually eat for a reasonable price if you take advantage of the specials or are a member of their website and get emails about specials. Especially at lunch which is less expensive.“

“I can’t say one bad thing about this restaurant - the food, the service, even the greeting at the front door was all great. As soon as my friends and I walked in we felt comfortable. We shared eggplant rollatini and bruschetta to start, and each had pasta dishes (chicken parm & lasagna) for our main entrees. We each brought half our dinners home so we could share a dessert :) which was also wonderful (fresh baked chocolate chip cookie in a cast iron pan with ice cream). We WILL be back. Some co-workers invited me and for company's sake I joined them this past week. We decided to sit outside and we ordered an everything pizza. “My family & I went to Habit this weekend. We originally had reservations at a local restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told their computer system was down & there would be extensive delays in ordering if we could even order at all. We were in a time crunch, so we left & went to HB. Their kiosk & mobile app were down so I could not order the family bundle as planned. Renatta was amazing and so accommodating, helping us place our family's order. She was so sweet and apologetic about their system's issues to place our order. She said she wanted to do anything she could to make my daughter's birthday special & help us be on our way due to the time crunch with all the time we lost changing plans. The food was delicious as always & my daughter was given a vanilla milkshake (her fav) to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to give a shout out to Renatta because she went above and beyond making sure our meal was to our liking and by providing excellent customer service.
