I came thru the drive thru ordered 12 donuts and a hot chocolate, however my hot chocolate tastes like coffee or hot water. Call the cafe to let her know my hot chocolate tastes off , because I was black I told that I'm lying and she doesn't believe me and to contactcustomer care, I was really disappointed on the way that lady provided the worst customer service ever. 11/07 around 5:10pm .. worst customer experience .
BROOKLAWN NJ DD is my favorite DD. Especially after going to other DDs, this one s the best. I had one tiny issue & they corrected it immediately. They are all super friendly to me, most of the staff are beginning to recognize me! I don't even use the app. I will NOT go to Oaklyn, they steal my money all the time whereas there was a mix up once at Brooklawn and they gave me a free coffee. I guess cause they know I'm there so much. Very kind people. They KNOW how to run a business. They're even better than the one in Ocean City! I'll be back, no doubt.Parking: Plenty.Kid-friendliness: Fine to bring kids.

Came here to redeem my points to get an espresso. I went to the drive through . Made my order. The woman scanned my phone multiple times and kept asking me to pay. She did not understand what I was saying. She did not understand how to redeem points. I asked for my phone back and handed her back the espresso shot. I left to head to another Dunkin. There was only one man and woman there and no one seemed to understand English well enough to redeem my reward. When I checked my phone 300 points had been redeemed. I started with 386. I really can’t believe this.

The place is nice, and the employees are nice. Wish we didn't have communication errors, which makes it rather hard for them to get orders correct. But otherwise, it's excellent.
I absolutely love the service at this location! I specifically go out of my way to visit this location. They are always super busy but are so proficient that you never wait long. The staff there are always polite and friendly! I give them 5 stars every time. I highly recommend this location over any other and they are way more friendlier and faster than Starbucks. Thank you to the amazing team at brooklawn shopping center! You ladies and fellas are the best!
