BROOKLAWN NJ DD is my favorite DD. Especially after going to other DDs, this one s the best. I had one tiny issue & they corrected it immediately. They are all super friendly to me, most of the staff are beginning to recognize me! I don't even use the app. I will NOT go to Oaklyn, they steal my money all the time whereas there was a mix up once at Brooklawn and they gave me a free coffee. I guess cause they know I'm there so much. Very kind people. They KNOW how to run a business....read full review
The place is nice, and the employees are nice. Wish we didn't have communication errors, which makes it rather hard for them to get orders correct. But otherwise, it's excellent.

This is the best DD in this area!! Order is always right, fresh & good. Staff is very friendly (the week day morning staff I always experience at least) so grateful to have a Dunkin I don't have to worry if my order will be right. Thank you guys!!
