Food was burnt, when concern was mentioned waiter stated it’s because we do our own breading in house….mind you I also bread and fry my own food and it doesn’t come out black and inedible. Servers all look miserable. Not sure what happened to this place.
The server demonstrated poor customer service during a time that a customer was in distress. This is unacceptable behavior for a server towards a family that frequents their establishment. The server should at least be reprimanded for her lack of compassion towards the child and his family
As much as it cost for blue claw crabs cleaned, not 100 % butter, and garlic you think the packaging would be better, lately they packaged a brown paper bag no plastic bag over the brown bag in presenting to you with leakage of butter at the bottom of bag which your car will smell like garlic with dripped butter. Appearance is the professional way for a good business, and Norman take criticism for improvement.
