The sandwiches are good here.
They did NOT honor their receipt policy if you do not receive a receipt at the time of purchase your Order FREE. I ordered two sandwiches and the total came to approximately $22 without a receipt.
When I told the “manager” about it she told me she wasn’t going to give me the order for free.
Even though the food is good, I’ll never go there again for anything ever, even if the food was free😔😔

Primo’s is usually one of my favorite places to order food from but today it was the best quality they’ve ever had at this location. Really top notch. The bread was so soft and fresh, and they got the oil and vinegar just right (I always ask for extra). Even the potato salad seemed more flavorful than usual. Exceptional meal — keep it up!

PrimoHoagies offers a variety of customizable subs, sides, and desserts that satisfy customer cravings. The restaurant's excellent customer service ensures orders are prepared exactly as requested, even with special requests. While some customers found the quality of the hoagies lacking, others consistently enjoy the tasty offerings from PrimoHoagies. The sandwiches are typically very good, and the service is reasonably friendly. The roast beef diablo is a must-try, especially in the primo size for the good, chewy bread. The restaurant is clean and neat, and orders are put together well and wrapped neatly. Though the inside isn't much to speak of, most customers take their orders to go. Parking is available on both sides of the building, making it convenient. Staff like Ricardo go above and beyond to help with any issues, making the experience even better. Many wish they had a PrimoHoagies locally because the food is that good.
