“The sandwiches are good here. They did NOT honor their receipt policy if you do not receive a receipt at the time of purchase your Order FREE. I ordered two sandwiches and the total came to approximately $22 without a receipt. When I told the “manager” about it she told me she wasn’t going to give me the order for free. Even though the food is good, I’ll never go there again for anything ever, even if the food was free😔😔“

“Delicious Southern style food, priced very well with generous portions. The food it's self was large and messy but I personally didn't care because the flavor and amount was worth it. They have a tiny sitting area which felt a little cramped but I was happy they had a place to sit and it was very clean. Added bonus they have a loyalty card and you don't need an app to use it. My hubby and I will be back 😁“

“Usually great hoagies. Haven’t had a primo in a few months. My wife and I were out shopping. Called and ordered 2 hoagies. Went to pick them up. Got home and there was no lettuce, tomato or onions. They asked about oil and vinegar and my wife said no dry please. Very disappointed after getting home. Will choose somewhere else next time we’re hungry for a hoagie.“

Unfortunately when we got home we found out we were missing a few (non hot items ) we called and were immediately greeted with friendly staff member who promptly refunded us, Apologized and even send the receipt! “I frequent this location on a regular basis, even though there is a closer Subway to me, I still prefer this one for a number of reasons, mainly, welcoming employees(they remember me every time I come in), they always put in a great amount of food on your sandwich, prices somehow seem lower than other Subways in the area.
I drive further from home just to go to this shop, and people that work there make the experience pleasant, gratifying, and personal.
