Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. Look, I stumbled upon Gaetano’s while browsing GrubHub not thinking a cheesesteak east of the river would be very good. Boy, was I wrong! Steak and cheese blended together perfectly and the bread was fantastic. Definitely recommend.
I want to give a big shout out to the young lady ,Cionnie, who waited on me when I did my food pickup. She had amazing customer service and was very sweet. This is something that should be noticed and will definitely be back because the food was awesome as well. My daughter loved her steak sandwich...very generous portion as I enjoyed the chicken cutlet.
